1. Are your cards authentic?
Yes! We only sell 100% authentic Pokémon, One Piece, and other trading cards, ensuring quality and legitimacy in every purchase.
2. How do you determine the card's condition?
The condition of each card is based on a visual inspection, and we encourage customers to carefully assess the card's condition before purchasing. Please contact us via email or social media and we can provide photos of the card you want to purchase.
3. How are my cards packaged?
We take great care in packaging all orders. Singles are sleeved and top-loaded, while sealed products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
5. Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to the nature of collectible trading cards, we strictly do not accept returns or refunds. However we can consider returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis such as lost or damaged goods. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns about your order.
6. Do you buy or trade cards?
At the moment, we do not buy or trade cards, but we may offer this in the future!
